1.  BREEDER guarantees that the above puppy is a purebred and registered with the             American Kennel Club (AKC).  Breeder can only guarantee the DNA of dogs owned             by the breeder.
2.  BREEDER cannot guarantee adult size, color, hair coat, temperament or trainability             of puppy.
3.  BREEDER cannot be held responsible for any injury or neglect to above mentioned                 puppy after Buyer takes possession of said puppy.
4.  BREEDER warrants that this puppy has been dewormed and vaccinated in                               accordance to it's age.  Both BREEDER and BUYER agree that the puppy appears                to be in good health at this time.
5.  BUYER realizes that the purchase of a live animal carries with it risk of contracting                   bacteria or viruses that are not under the control of either BUYER or BREEDER.
     Beyond the 48 hour health guarantee, the BREEDER offers no guarantee against                    infectious diseases.  No guarantees are given against Coccidiosis which can be                     brought on by the stress of being shipped or placed in a new environment.
6.  BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours of                       receiving the puppy.  If, after, examination by a veterinarian acceptable to both                          parties, the puppy is determined to be in poor health, puppy may be returned to the                 seller with a written report from the veterinarian.  The seller will replace the puppy                    with another puppy of the same sex and value as soon as one become available.                    No cash refunds.  Replacements only.  At no time will the BREEDER be             responsible for any vet fees incurred.
7.  BUYER agrees that if at any time the BUYER cannot take proper care of the puppy,                 the BUYER must contact the BREEDER.  BREEDER may be willing to take this             puppy back any time during it's life from BUYER, if puppy is no longer can no longer                be kept by the BUYER.  However, BREEDER'S situation may not be where he/she is              is able to take pup back.  In this case, BUYER will be responsible to find a suitable                  home for the pup.
    All paperwork must be returned as well.  However, BREEDER will not return any part               of purchase price.
8.  Once puppy leaves BREEDER'S property, all sales are final.

I, the BUYER, have read this agreement carefully and understand that it is a legally                   binding contract.
